About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented PPC Specialist to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) advertising activities. A successful candidate will manage paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media budgets across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media (Meta, LinkedIn).

Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-converting search terms.

Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copies and headlines that drive high Click-Through Rates (CTR) and conversions.

Budget Oversight: Monitor and optimize daily/monthly budgets to ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.

A/B Testing: Conduct continuous testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform-specific tools to track conversions and attribution.

Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting ROI, ROAS, and actionable insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO and Content teams to align paid strategies with organic goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns. Freshers with Google Ads Certification and a strong portfolio of mock campaigns/internships are welcome.

Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Keyword Planner.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of conversion tracking pixels and Remarketing strategies.

Preferred Skills

Certifications: Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video) is highly preferred.

Design/Landing Pages: Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Copywriting: Strong creative writing skills for persuasive ad content.

Automation: Familiarity with AI-driven bidding and automated rules within ad platforms.
