Role Overview:


As a Social Media Specialist, you will own day-to-day social media execution, community engagement, content planning, analytics, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and leadership to ensure consistent brand presence and strong audience relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Community Engagement:


  • Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions across social platforms
  • Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with online communities
  • Represent brand voice consistently and professionally


Content Planning and Scheduling:


  • Plan, organize, and schedule content calendars across platforms
  • Ensure content aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines
  • Maintain consistent publishing and campaign execution


Social Listening and Brand Monitoring:


  • Track conversations around brand, competitors, and industry trends
  • Identify insights, emerging opportunities, and potential risks


Content Collaboration:


  • Participate in content brainstorming and ideation sessions
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads
  • Support creation of engaging, relevant, and shareable content


Analytics and Performance Posting:


  • Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions
  • Prepare regular performance reports and optimization insights
  • Continuously improve strategy based on data and results

Trend and Platform Management:


  • Stay up to date with algorithm changes, new features, and best practices
  • Recommend new content formats and platform strategies


Influencer and Advocacy Support:


  • Assist in identifying creators, influencers, and brand advocates
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives to expand brand visibility


Requirements:


  • 2+ years

    of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Proven expertise in content scheduling, community management, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
  • Ability to maintain a consistent, relatable brand voice
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Familiarity with social media tools
