Job Description: As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to integrate influencer marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Create and implement effective social media strategies tailored to our target audience and brand objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers to amplify our brand message and reach.
• Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiating contracts and measuring campaign success.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports that highlight key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Community Management:
• Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
• Attend industry events and participate in continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
