We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook to increase our online presence, improve marketing and sales efforts, and enhance brand visibility.
* Develop, implement, and manage content strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
* Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, and video) aligned with the brand voice and objectives.
* Manage day-to-day activities on all platforms including publishing posts, responding to comments/messages, and community engagement.
* Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm updates to adjust strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, marketing, etc.) to produce campaign assets and ensure consistency across platforms.
* Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversion) and prepare monthly analytics reports.
* Run paid ad campaigns and optimize them based on performance metrics.
* Leverage tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, and YouTube Studio for content scheduling and insights.
* Engage with influencers, followers, and relevant communities to drive engagement and reach.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* Strong portfolio or examples of successful past social media campaigns and content.
* Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
* Creative mindset with a deep understanding of trends and audience behavior.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
