Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Summary You’ll plan, create and optimise thumb-stopping social content for SceneCoding and a rotating roster of client accounts. From strategy to scheduling, organic engagement to paid amplification, you’ll ensure every post ladders up to brand goals and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Develop multi-brand social strategies and monthly content calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp). Write copy, coordinate visuals and maintain brand tone across diverse industries. Collaborate with in-house designers to brief and polish creatives (static, carousel, Reels/Shorts). Launch and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube) to hit CPL/ROAS targets. Track KPIs—reach, engagement, follower growth, lead volume—and distill insights into clear reports. Manage social listening and community engagement; respond to comments/DMs with brand-aligned voice. Coordinate contests, influencer collaborations and trend-based activations to boost reach. Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad formats and emerging tools; recommend fresh tactics monthly. Minimum Qualifications Skill-first hiring: your results count more than any degree. 1 + year running social channels and paid ads with demonstrable growth metrics. Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and basic Google Ads. Proficient in scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout or similar). Strong copywriting ability and eye for design; comfortable using Canva/CorelDRAW/Adobe for quick edits. Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics for traffic attribution. Added Advantage Experience managing multiple brands or agency client portfolios. Knowledge of CRM or marketing-automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
