Social Media Marketing Specialist

Seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with expertise in managing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Strong understanding of social media strategies, paid ad management, and content optimization required.

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies for Facebook & Instagram.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Build and execute LinkedIn strategies for connections and brand authority.
• Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting professionals.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns relevant to social integration (if applicable).
• Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profile for local presence (if applicable).
• Generate performance reports for all platforms, tracking KPIs (engagement, conversions, CAC).
• Collaborate with content/design teams for creatives and ad copies.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SMM Strategy.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing.
• Experience in managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
