Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

Create and execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn).

Engage with prospects, qualify leads, and set up sales meetings.

Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track leads and optimize the sales funnel.

Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

Work closely with the marketing team.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

Number of qualified leads generated per month.

Response & engagement rates for outreach campaigns.

Conversion rate from lead to sales-qualified opportunity.

Requirements & Skills

2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation, email outreach, and cold calling.

Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io).

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

Ability to generate B2B and B2C leads.
