Role Description

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter threads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Manage Meta Business Suite to monitor performance, refine targeting, and optimize audience engagement.
  • Oversee YouTube video uploads with a focus on SEO, tagging, thumbnail testing, playlists, and audience settings for maximum reach and retention.
  • Track and analyze weekly monthly KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Execute social media marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and generating leads.
  • Implement strategies for organic content growth and post-performance improvement.
  • Stay informed on platform trends and algorithm changes to guide content planning and creative direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives, provide strategic insights, and deliver clear timelines and reporting.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or content management, ideally within lifestyle or education sectors
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, including backend tools, scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram content workflows.
  • Solid grasp of social media marketing (SMM) strategies, with a focus on both organic and paid growth.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining brand voice and visual identity
  • Confident analyzing social media data and transforming insights into action
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
