Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in professional video editing.
• Strong

  creative eye

  for editing clips, podcasts, and short-form social videos.
• Skilled in using

  creative fonts, animations, motion graphics, and smooth transitions

  to enhance storytelling.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

  and solid knowledge of the full

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to

  adapt edits to different platforms

  (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.) and maintain brand consistency.

• Sound design and basic color grading

  knowledge to deliver polished final outputs.
• Strong sense of

  timing, pacing, and music selection

  to match the content style.
• Ability to

  meet tight deadlines

  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
