Contribute ideas and collaborate closely with our content and design teams to craft engaging ads and landing pages. Regularly monitor industry news, identify platform updates, and quickly incorporate best practices to keep us ahead. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, whether it's fixing tracking codes or updating ad creative to improve results. Track campaign budgets carefully, keeping costs under control while maximizing performance. Video Editor (YouTube & Reels) We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team in T. Nagar, Chennai. This is not just a "cutting" job; we are looking for a storyteller who understands retention, pacing, and visual engagement. You will be responsible for producing high-quality Infotainment content, ranging from fast-paced Short-form reels to deep-dive Long-form YouTube videos. If you are obsessed with retention rates, slick transitions, and 3D motion graphics, this is the role for you. Salary - 30,000 rs / Month Key Responsibilities: Long-Form Editing: Edit engaging YouTube videos with a focus on storytelling, narrative flow, and viewer retention. Short-Form Content: Produce high-energy Reels and Shorts utilizing current trends, fast pacing, and pattern interrupts. Motion Graphics: Create high-quality 3D Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects to visually explain complex concepts. Audio & Color: Handle sound design, audio syncing, and color grading to ensure broadcast-quality output. Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to transform raw scripts and voiceovers into visual masterpieces. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in video editing (Agency or Creator experience is a plus).
