Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a digital marketer who is eager to take ownership of our paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. This person should be naturally curious, thrive on learning new digital trends, and enjoy optimizing campaigns for measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Take full responsibility for building, managing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to support our marketing goals.
• Analyze performance data daily and share insights that directly shape our marketing strategy.
• Experiment with new ad types, creative formats, and audience targeting options to improve ROI and reach.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate closely with our content and design teams to craft engaging ads and landing pages.
• Regularly monitor industry news, identify platform updates, and quickly incorporate best practices to keep us ahead.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, whether it's fixing tracking codes or updating ad creative to improve results.
• Track campaign budgets carefully, keeping costs under control while maximizing performance.
