• Optimize posting strategies and content ideas based on analytics and audience behavior.
• Stay ahead of trends to keep content fresh, creative, and impactful.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and growth hacks.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically for brand storytelling.
• Experience in driving measurable engagement (views, likes, comments, shares).
• Knowledge of comment seeding/community building strategies.
• Proven track record of scaling accounts or campaigns.
