Working Days- 5 days (9-6 pm)


Job Summary

Social Media Marketing specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create content calendars for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers for designing social media posts
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
  • Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond in a timely manner • Run and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams for integrated campaigns


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–4 years of experience in social media management (agency)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.) Understanding of paid ads and campaign optimisation
  • Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to analyse data and optimise content based on performance


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
  • Video editing or reel creation knowledge
  • Influencer marketing or community management experience • Knowledge of brand
  • storytelling and performance marketing
