Job Description

We are a Dubai-based real estate company looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage regular paid campaigns and to improve social media brand presence. This is a full-time position, open to candidates based in India.

The ideal candidate will create engaging real estate content, manage paid campaigns, generate leads, and support our sales team through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads)

- Regular posting and manage of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

- Create and post real estate content (property listings, reels, stories, ads)

- Design quality creatives and write engaging captions

- Handle inquiries, comments, and lead messages

- Generate leads for real estate sales team

- Track performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports

- Stay updated with real estate and social media trends

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media marketing (real estate experience preferred)

- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing

- Experience in creating reels and short-form videos

- Basic knowledge of paid ads and lead generation

- Good English communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
