About the Role

hands-on Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Nutristar’s presence across

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other relevant platforms

• Plan and execute

  content calendars

  (reels, posts, stories, UGC, trends)
• Ideate and execute

  brand-led and performance-driven content

• Coordinate and manage

  affiliate & influencer marketing

  (outreach, onboarding, tracking)
• Shoot basic content

  in-office or outdoor locations

  when required
• Work closely with the founders/marketing team on

  branding & campaigns

• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years experience in

  D2C brands

  , preferably

  health / fitness / wellness

• Experience working in a

  small team or startup environment

• Prior exposure to

  influencer & affiliate marketing

• Strong

  creative thinking & content ideas

• Basic understanding of

  branding & storytelling

• Comfortable managing

  multiple tasks independently

• Willingness to commute daily to

  NSP, Delhi

• Ready to step out for shoots/events if needed
