Role: Social Media Marketing - Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Act as the main point of contact for international clients (primarily Australia).

 Build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing projects.

 Identify and recommend additional marketing or creative services to existing clients.

 Present new strategies or campaign opportunities that align with client goals.

 Run and optimize paid lead generation campaigns targeted at the Australian market.

 Qualify leads, understand their business needs, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

 Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.

 Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, performance marketing, design, content, etc.) to ensure deliverables meet quality and timelines.

 Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and management.

 Track and analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.

 Maintain accurate documentation of client communication and campaign performance.

Requirements:

 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).

 Strong knowledge of digital performance channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Proven experience managing or coordinating campaigns for international clients (preferred).

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
