The ideal candidate must be comfortable understanding product features, tech terminology, and creating content that appeals to B2B audiences. Content Creation & Branding Create daily posts, reels, stories, and videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Maintain strong brand identity across all platforms. Build follower base organically using consistent content, interaction, and platform best practices. Engage with communities, groups, founders, tech pages, and industry influencers. Manage comments, DMs, and discussions to build a loyal online audience. Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance. Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and organic growth suggestions. Identify trending content formats and apply them to our channels. Understand SaaS product features and convert them into simple, engaging content. Coordinate with product and sales teams for new releases, features, and customer use cases. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing (Organic only). Experience in a Technology/SaaS company is mandatory. Strong sense of visual content, storytelling, and B2B communication. Hands-on skills with Canva, basic video editing tools, and copywriting. Ability to analyse performance and optimise for organic growth. Excellent communication and creativity.
