Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our gym’s online presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in fitness-related content creation, branding, video editing, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily/weekly social media content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create high-quality fitness content including reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit workout videos, member testimonials, transformation stories, and promotional content.
• Manage social media calendars and run targeted ad campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and track growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community.
• Collaborate with trainers, nutritionists, and management for gym events and promotions.
• Stay updated with fitness trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in fitness or lifestyle industry).
• Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content creation.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, trending audio, and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premier Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of digital advertising (Facebook Ads/Meta Ads).
• Excellent communication and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
