Job Overview:

We are looking for a social media marketer with minimum 2 years of experience and a strong background in technology or SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate must be comfortable understanding product features, tech terminology, and creating content that appeals to B2B audiences.

Content Creation & Branding

• Create daily posts, reels, stories, and videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Maintain strong brand identity across all platforms.
• Build follower base organically using consistent content, interaction, and platform best practices.
• Engage with communities, groups, founders, tech pages, and industry influencers.
• Manage comments, DMs, and discussions to build a loyal online audience.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and organic growth suggestions.
• Identify trending content formats and apply them to our channels.
• Understand SaaS product features and convert them into simple, engaging content.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams for new releases, features, and customer use cases.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing (Organic only).
• Experience in a Technology/SaaS company is mandatory.
• Strong sense of visual content, storytelling, and B2B communication.
• Hands-on skills with Canva, basic video editing tools, and copywriting.
• Ability to analyse performance and optimise for organic growth.
• Excellent communication and creativity.
