Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn

• Create high-quality reels, posts, stories & carousel content

• Manage DARE Academy’s social media presence and brand voice

• Research real estate & education-industry trends for content ideas

• Collaborate with the design & video team for production

• Run Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns (lead generation focused)

• Track insights, analyse analytics & optimise performance

• Grow followers, engagement, and student admission conversions

• Handle community engagement (DMs, comments, queries)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram & YouTube algorithms

• Ability to script content and plan high-converting reels

• Creative thinking with good communication skills

• Experience in education or real estate marketing is a plus

• Basic editing knowledge (CapCut, Canva, Adobe preferred)

• Ability to work under deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent

• 1–3 years of social media management experience preferred

• Portfolio of previous work required
