Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities of a Learner’s Coordinator:

1. Student Onboarding & Orientation

• Welcoming new students and guiding them through orientation.

• Explaining the course structure, rules, and expectations.

• Ensuring all enrollment formalities and documentation are complete.

2. Communication Bridge

• Acting as the first point of contact between students and the Academy.

• Handling student queries regarding class timings, schedules, faculty, or assignments.

• Sending regular updates via WhatsApp/Email about lectures, exams, and announcements.

3. Attendance & Performance Monitoring

• Maintaining attendance records.

• Following up with absent students.

• Sharing performance updates with faculty and management.

4. Feedback & Student Engagement

• Collecting regular feedback from students about faculty and content.

• Organizing student engagement activities (quizzes, workshops, competitions).

• Identifying student concerns and escalating them when needed.

5. Academic Support & Scheduling

• Coordinating lecture schedules with faculty and students.

• Assisting in organizing guest lectures, field visits, and workshops.

• Sharing study materials, assignments, and resources.

6. Event & Exam Coordination

• Assisting in conducting tests, exams, and assessments.

• Supporting in certification or project submissions.

• Helping plan and execute academy events like seminars, real estate expos, etc.

7. CRM & Data Management

• Maintaining student databases (enrollment status, fee status, contact info).

• Following up on pending fees or incomplete documents.

8. Student Motivation & Counseling

• Encouraging students to stay motivated and consistent in attendance and study.

• Helping students set career goals in real estate.

• Connecting students to placement support when ready.
