About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across social platforms while also owning influencer management, UGC strategy, and community engagement. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you’ll create daily content, collaborate with creators, and engage directly with audiences to drive growth, brand love, and inbound leads. The ideal candidate is a fluent UK English speaker with a strong background in Fintech/SaaS storytelling for SMB audiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

· Publish daily posts across channels, ensuring consistency in brand tone and visual identity.

· Run monthly experiments with new formats, trends, and collaborations.

· Respond to DMs and comments within 24 hours to maintain high engagement.

· Proactively engage with credible external accounts to increase brand visibility.

· Deliver monthly sentiment analysis reports to track brand perception.

· Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with micro-influencers and SMB creators.

· Onboard 5–10 new creators/month and maintain a UGC content production calendar.

· Ensure on-time content delivery and track ROI of influencer collaborations.

· Feed 3+ UGC assets weekly into paid media for testing.

Requirements

· 3–6 years of experience in social media, influencer, or community management.

· Fluent-level UK English proficiency with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.

· Strong background in Fintech, SaaS, or SMB-focused narratives.

· Proven track record managing multi-platform social calendars and influencer campaigns.

· Proficiency with social scheduling, analytics, and listening tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and community engagement skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing creative and operational priorities.
