Job Profile: Social Media Specialist

We are looking to hire someone who views social media as an additional tool to the word of mouth. Someone who understands the current trends and aligns campaigns, keeping in mind the organisation's organic approach. Designing skills for both on and offline media would be put to the test, with importance given to being not too loud in the face of it. Anubhav is a travel company, and Raahghar.com is a community space for homestays in India. The candidate will manage both accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Build a marketing team around you.
• Align the above with offline marketing events.
• Schedule, post, and monitor daily content that resonates with the target audience.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community growth.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategies.

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• An understanding of India's geography and an interest in exploring culture.
• Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific requirements.
• One who takes the initiative and creates with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Video editing skills will be preferred.
