Social Media Marketing Specialist

Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Social Media Manager to handle and grow our social media presence for the UK market. The role requires a strong focus on performance metrics such as engagement, CTR (Click Through Rate), website traffic, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns and be capable of driving measurable business outcomes rather than focusing only on vanity metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a complete social media strategy aligned with the UK furniture market.
• Drive organic growth and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Increase CTR and qualified website traffic through effective captions, clear CTAs, and optimized creatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor both paid and unpaid social media campaigns.
• Manage paid social advertising on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Work closely with marketing and web teams to improve conversion rates (CRO) from social media traffic.
• Maintain a balanced approach between organic reach and paid visibility.
• Create and manage content calendars based on UK trends, seasons, and customer buying behavior.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics and platform insights.
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities within the UK furniture market.

Skills Required

• 47 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of CTR, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and funnel-based content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with both organic growth and paid social campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proven ability to drive high-quality and high-intent traffic to websites.
• Experience in e-commerce or furniture/home dcor brands. (optional)
• Experience working with international brands. (optional)
• Strong portfolio with measurable and result-oriented outcomes.
