Role Description:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.,
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posting for all client campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute social media campaigns.
• Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster relationships.
• Provide consistent and proactive client servicing, keeping clients informed and involved throughout the campaign process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain fresh and relevant.
• Work with clients to understand their objectives and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, content management, and client servicing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.

• Skills:

  Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), analytics tools, content management, and client servicing. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Creativity:

  A passion for creating innovative, engaging content that resonates with audiences.

• Client Relations:

  Strong client servicing skills to ensure client satisfaction and success.

• Team Player:

  Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creatives, strategists, and clients.

• Qualification:

  A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
