The Opportunity

Social Media Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital campaigns for a global media organization in the fast-growing cybersecurity and B2B technology space. You’ll collaborate with marketing, business leaders, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content and measurable results. Our ideal candidate is highly creative, experienced in executing and reporting on social media campaigns, and eager to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of social media strategies across ISMG’s brands.
• Content Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels.
• Campaign Management: Build and manage organic and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, X, Google Ads) aligned with business objectives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, share insights, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
• Tools & Platforms: Leverage social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) to streamline publishing, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within B2B or technology sectors.
• Proven experience executing and reporting on both organic and paid social campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, social copywriting, and campaign management.
• Experience managing corporate social media pages and YouTube channels.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Creative thinker with passion for innovation and strong co-creation skills.
• Excellent communication and command of English to foster global collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, performance marketing, or digital marketing fundamentals.
