We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, engage our community, and drive brand awareness through impactful campaigns.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube. You will create engaging content, run paid campaigns, monitor analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and video content with the design team.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community.
  • Stay updated with trends, hashtags, memes, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and ad campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B and B2C campaign strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to optimize content.
  • Community management and influencer outreach experience.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
