Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute Meta and Google Ads, Digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM,

email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals

(ROI and KPIs).

● Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Create, curate, and

manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.

● Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which

enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

● Coordinate with design and writing teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.

● Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and social media executives. Guide team

members during project execution, ensuring deadlines are met.

● Responsible for client communication to understand their needs and goals. Maintain positive

client relationships through regular communication and updates.

● Develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

● Identify potential issues in campaign execution and work proactively to resolve them.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Public Relations abilities
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
