This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing campaigns for clients while leading a small creative team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, strategize, and manage social media calendars for multiple clients. Lead the creative process — from ideation to content execution. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Handle client communication and present marketing plans. Stay updated with current trends, sounds, and formats for Reels. Manage analytics and performance reports to optimize growth. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions. Requirements: Prior internship or practical experience in social media management. Basic knowledge of shooting and editing Reels using a smartphone. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social trends. Leadership mindset and ability to guide a small team.
