Key Responsibilities Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations Manage content across social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for shoots and reels Run ads across Meta and Google platforms with a focus on ROI Manage PR, collaborations, events, and celebrity/influencer tie-ups Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports Work closely with the product, e-commerce, and sales teams to align marketing goals Explore creative opportunities to reach new reseller and end-consumer audiences Requirements 2–5 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce marketing Strong grasp of content marketing, social trends, and influencer ecosystem Excellent communication and storytelling skills Basic understanding of design tools like Canva or photoshop Love for fashion, Indian ethnic wear, and D2C brands is a big bonus Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Market Research and understanding market trends Proficient in Sales and Marketing Strategy development Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad Excellent organizational and analytical skills Degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field is a plus Experience in the fashion industry is a plus Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance metrics is a plus
