🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

• Build

  robust, scalable APIs

  using

  FastAPI

• Solve real-world problems around

  e-commerce, inventory, MIS reporting, and CRM systems

• Own projects end-to-end , from concept to deployment
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing systems to make them faster and more reliable
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to turn ideas into products

  that actually ship

✅ Must-Have Qualities

• Hands-on experience with FastAPI

  (real-world projects, not just tutorials)
• Worked on

  at least 2–3 real projects

• 2–3 years of software development experience

  (Python preferred)
• Curious and

  eager to try new things

• A problem-solver who doesn’t wait for perfect answers — just finds a way

• Comfortable working independently and owning your work

• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL

Nice-to-Have Extras

• Built and deployed your

  own live app

• Experience in

  e-commerce, MIS, or CRM systems

• Familiarity with

  async programming

  or

  REST API best practices

• GitHub profile, portfolio, or code samples you’re proud of
