Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and manage our brand’s online presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement, growing followers, generating leads, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content (images, reels, videos, stories, blogs, polls).
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to keep strategies innovative.
• Respond to community queries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for brand growth and lead generation.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all channels.
