Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Merchandiser to ensure that our products are well presented, in-stock, and accurately priced across retail locations. The ideal candidate will work closely with store staff and the sales team to execute merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute product displays in line with brand guidelines and marketing plans.
• Maintain in-store stock levels and ensure optimal product availability.
• Monitor product performance and report on fast/slow movers and stock issues.
• Implement planograms and update shelf layouts as required.
• Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to secure prime shelf space.
• Track and replenish promotional materials and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising standards and inventory.
• Analyze competitor displays and pricing strategies.
• Submit timely reports with photos and feedback from store visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
