Retail Merchandiser

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, your role involves planning and implementing product displays and planograms in various retail outlets. You will collaborate with the production department to ensure efficient product planning and scheduling. Monitoring inventory levels, identifying stock shortages, and coordinating with the supply chain team for timely replenishment are crucial tasks in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement product displays and planograms in assigned retail outlets. - Coordinate with the production department for product requirements and schedules. - Monitor inventory levels, identify stock shortages, and liaise with the supply chain team for replenishment. - Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support business decisions. - Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimize product visibility and shelf space. - Execute in-store promotions and ensure compliance with brand standards. - Conduct store visits to audit merchandising compliance and identify improvement areas. - Train store staff on product knowledge, display standards, and merchandising best practices. - Provide insights on customer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). - 3-6 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or retail operations. - Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and merchandising tools/software. - Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
