We are seeking a passionate, fashion-savvy Sales Assistant & Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion and the ability to engage warmly and effectively with customers. This role involves assisting shoppers in their buying decisions, coordinating with vendors for stock and maintaining an attractive store layout. Key Responsibilities Provide fashion advice, styling tips, and personalised assistance to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. Maintain a visually appealing store by displaying merchandise creatively Build strong relationships with customers and retail partners. Engage with our online community by responding to customer queries. Track inventory levels and report on sales trends. Coordinate with brands and vendors to ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is accurately tallied, packed, and maintained. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills.
