Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Bandra. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance Pepmedia's online presence. Daily tasks include creating engaging content, optimizing social media posts, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with the creative team to align marketing efforts. The role requires regular communication with clients to ensure their goals are met and to report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
• Experience in using social media management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
