Job Description

Social Media Management Assist in content creation (captions, stories, post ideas) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms Help in scheduling and posting content via tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and competitor insights Respond to comments and DMs where applicable (under supervision) Campaign Execution Support Assist in setting up and monitoring social media ad campaigns Support the team with keyword research, hashtag analysis, and audience segmentation Work on basic campaign reports, including reach, impressions, and engagement metrics Content & Research Research industry trends, social media trends, and creative ideas relevant to our client base Support in writing short-form content like ad copy, post descriptions, and taglines Collaborate with the design team by preparing briefs or reference ideas for creatives Client Project Assistance Take meeting notes during internal/client calls (when required) Organize and maintain project assets on Google Drive or project management tools like Trello/Notion Assist in monthly performance reports for clients (Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint) Learning & Innovation Stay updated on digital marketing and social media updates (Meta algorithm, trends, tools) Share weekly learnings or ā€œIdea of the Weekā€ for internal brainstorming Attend internal trainings or workshops conducted for team growth About Company: Fotoplane Social, a subsidiary of Fotoplane LLP, is a digital branding agency based in Gurgaon.
