Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Intern / Full-Time Executive to join our growing team at Kontent Media . The ideal candidate is a social-savvy storyteller with a knack for trends, content creation, and analytics. You'll work closely with creators and brands to build engaging online communities and drive growth across platforms. Position: Social Media Marketing Intern / Full-Time Openings: 2 Stipend (Internship): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month CTC (Post-Internship PPO): ₹2.4 – ₹3 Lakhs per year Experience: Internship or 6+ months of relevant experience preferred Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Location: Onsite – Jaipur, Rajasthan About Kontent Media We are a content company dedicated to helping content creators and brands level up their video game. Responsibilities Create, plan, and manage daily posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and more Curate engaging content ideas (memes, reels, carousels, captions, etc.) that resonate with target audiences Work with designers and editors to execute content with visual excellence Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms Track and report on social media metrics to drive performance improvements Stay on top of trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats Engage with communities via comments, DMs, and audience insights Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite Good sense of design, copywriting, and audience psychology Strong written communication and content ideation skills Analytical mindset and familiarity with social media analytics Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Must have your own system and a reliable internet connection A background in Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media, or related fields is a plus Why Kontent Media?
