Job Summary:We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, growing engagement, and driving brand awareness through organic and paid campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goalsCreate, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistencyManage social media calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business SuiteEngage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growthStay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging toolsCoordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaignsRun paid ad campaigns and optimize for ROI (if applicable)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field6-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketingStrong understanding of platform-specific best practices and analyticsExcellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsProficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling platformsAbility to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Skills:Experience with paid social media advertising and A/B testingKnowledge of SEO and content marketing principlesFamiliarity with CRM and email marketing tools
