Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate sector to manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and engage potential property buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content — including posts, reels, property videos, stories, and ad creatives — tailored for real estate audiences.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations: posting schedules, community engagement, and responding to messages and comments.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and photography teams to produce high-quality promotional materials and property visuals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends, social media tools, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Develop influencer collaborations, event coverage, and customer engagement strategies to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for management review.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience (minimum 2–5 years) in social media management for real estate brands or property developers.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, real estate marketing trends, and buyer psychology.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content curation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Campaigns, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social media analytics dashboards.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Growth in followers and engagement rate across platforms.
  • Quality and volume of leads generated through social media.
  • Conversion rate improvement from digital campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
