About the job: We're looking for a dynamic and charismatic Store Manager cum Floor In-Charge who can ensure smooth operations ensuring excellent customer service, team coordination, and efficient workflow. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory, handling client relations, and driving sales while maintaining high hygiene and service standards. Key responsibilities: 1. Take charge of day-to-day salon operations appointments, scheduling, staff coordination, and customer flow. 2. Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and maintain inventory for smooth, uninterrupted services. 3. Understand customer preferences, offer suggestions, and ensure 100% satisfaction. 4. Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to increase client retention. 5. Handle client concerns gracefully and turn any hiccup into a wow moment. 6. Maintain discipline, hygiene, dress code, and service standards on the floor. 7. Maintain proper documentation, including billing, attendance, and client records. 8. Supervise and support in the training and onboarding of new employees. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in the salon or beauty industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. 2. Strong understanding of salon operations and customer service. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Knowledge of beauty, hair, or spa services is a plus. 5. Familiar with POS systems, inventory management, and basic computer skills. 6. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Management or related field. 7. 2-3 years of oc experience. Why Join Us? 1.
