Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager


The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


You’ll be responsible for client servicing, creating engaging content calendars, coordinating with design and video teams, monitoring performance with the Media Team, engaging with communities, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.


You will collaborate daily with clients to understand their goals, pitch content ideas, and ensure their brand voice comes alive across platforms. This is a hands-on creative + strategic role - part storyteller, part strategist, part community-builder.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, copy, video) to deliver timely, high-quality content
  • Write/QC engaging copy for posts, reels, and campaigns (English + Malayalam/Hindi as needed)
  • Track analytics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations for reach and engagement with the Media Team
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, features, and best practices
  • Monitor community conversations, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation online
  • Support paid media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team


Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to grow and manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling
  • Understanding of social media metrics and experience with analytics/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Malayalam; Hindi is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Analytics is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
