Role Description This is a full-time position for a Senior Account Manager (Client Servicing) in a hybrid role, based in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing strategic recommendations. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution, ideation, monitoring project progress, managing billing, and delivering reports. Acting as the main point of contact, the Senior Account Manager will address client queries, lead meetings, and ensure timely project delivery. Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in managing client relationships for National brands and Kerala based medium size brands Client Relationship Management and Project Management skills Experience in developing brand strategy for marketing recommendations Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam), organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Relevant experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Familiarity with the Kochi market and local clients is a plus Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus/add-on
