Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Senior Client Servicing Manager (Advertising/Digital Marketing) in a hybrid role, based in Kochi, with work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing strategic recommendations. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution, ideation, monitoring project progress, managing billing, and delivering reports. Acting as the main point of contact, the Senior Client Servicing Manager will address client queries, lead meetings, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in managing client relationships for National brands and Kerala based medium size brands
• Client Relationship Management and Project Management skills
• Experience in developing brand strategy for marketing recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam), organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Kochi market and local clients is a plus
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus/add-on
