Job Description

We are looking for a Communication & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, and drive impactful engagement across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication
  • Develop and execute ANACITY’s communication strategy across internal and external channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, emailers, and thought-leadership content in alignment with business goals.
  • Social Media Engagement
  • Designing creative posters, graphics, and social media assets
  • Editing videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok & more
  • Plan, create, and manage content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive engagement through storytelling, campaigns, and interactive formats (reels, polls, infographics).
  • Content Creation and Campaigns
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create impactful posts, blogs, and case studies.
  • Build campaigns for product launches, events, and partnerships.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize performance and report ROI of campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with leadership for thought-leadership positioning on digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to capture success stories, updates, and milestones for communication.
  • Support event communication (before, during, after events).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in communication, social media, or brand marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and related analytics tools.
  • Experience in creating and running paid campaigns (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making
