Role Description – Social Media Manager Intern

Instagram, Instagram Threads, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize company accounts on Instagram, Instagram Threads, X, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Develop engaging and consistent content strategies tailored to each platform
  • Write, schedule, and publish posts using social media management tools
  • Monitor and engage with followers, comments, and messages
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics
  • Stay updated on platform trends, features, and best practices


Internship Details:

  • Duration:

    2 to 3 months
  • Working Hours:

    ~1–2 hours per day (flexible schedule)
  • Mode:

    Remote
  • Mentorship:

    Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with an assigned Digital Marketing Manager/Senior (50–60 minutes each)
  • Training Support:

    Templates, SOPs, task sheets, and curated learning materials provided


Candidate Requirements:

  • College students or recent graduates (freshers)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms listed above
  • Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing & SMO
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Prior experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not mandatory
