Role Description – Human Resources Coordinator Intern

Human Resources (HR)


Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Contribute to policy documentation and HR compliance
  • Maintain HR databases and assist in payroll administration support
  • Track and report HR metrics and assist with performance management processes


Internship Details

  • Duration:

    2 to 3 months
  • Working Hours:

    ~1–2 hours per day (flexible schedule)
  • Mode:

    Remote
  • Mentorship:

    Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with an assigned HR Manager or team lead (50–60 minutes)
  • Training Support:

    Access to HR templates, SOPs, task sheets, and curated learning materials


Candidate Requirements

  • College students or recent graduates (freshers welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in HR practices, recruitment, and employee management
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory
