Key Responsibilities

• Assist the founder with daily scheduling, communications, and task management
• Support strategic projects across departments (HR, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
• Coordinate internal meetings, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes alongside the HR team
• Maintain confidential records and assist with internal documentation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and help drive company-wide initiatives
