Executive Assistant Internship

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage a variety of administrative and strategic tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and act independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and research tasks as directed by the CEO. Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, clients, and other executives as needed. Manage personal tasks and errands as required to support the CEO’s productivity.
