Executive Assistant Internship

As an intern at our company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the calendar, appointments, and meetings for senior executives. You will be required to draft, review, and manage emails and other forms of communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and various documents. Taking meeting notes and following up on action items will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will assist with internal coordination and basic project tracking, while handling confidential information with discretion. Other administrative duties may be assigned to you as needed. The ideal candidate for this position should be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is required, and a professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
